Please note: since each piece is created by hand, please note that there may be slight variances in color, shape, etc. I welcome your feedback and want you to be happy with your purchase- please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!

 

PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards upon checkout via Stripe. Your order information is protected using SSL technology with encryption so you can shop worry free.

 

PROMOTIONS:

If you have a discount code, you may enter it upon checkout. If you'd like to receive discounts and be up to speed on promotions, please sign up for our newsletter or become a fan on Facebook. I also tweet deals at @exit343design and share deals on Instagram at @exit343 from time to time.

 

SHIPPING:

All products are shipped domestically via the U.S. Postal Service. I strive to ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed, but this depends on stock and demand. Transit time can be from approx. 1-5 days, depending on your location in the U.S. Items are shipped from Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia. If there's any significant, unexpected shipping delays, I will do my best to reach out and inform you.

I cannot be held responsible for any delays or mistakes caused by the USPS or any other shipping company. I will do my best to provide reasonable customer service, but there is nothing I can do after the order has entered their shipping system. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address and the order has shipped, I can reship at the customer's expense once the order is returned.

If you purchase multiple items and shipping adds up to be unrealistic, I will refund the difference within reason (since I sell different types/shapes of items, sometimes it's difficult to gauge how it will add up). If you need your item by a certain date, please send me a message so that I can try to accommodate you.

International customers, your packages are sent via First Class Package Service, which could take up to 4 weeks for delivery, however, most packages arrive in a week or two. If your package is taking longer, please contact your local customs with the tracking number provided in your order as it may be held up with duties owed. exit343design cannot be responsible for customs duties that may be incurred.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from receipt of the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; if purchased online, please provide an order number. If an exit343design item was purchased in person at a retail event, please contact hello@exit343.com for more information. If an exit343design item was purchased at a brick & mortar store, please contact the point of purchase as that item is held to their return/exchange policy, not this one.

Clearance items or mystery bag are final and may not be returned or exchanged. This will be noted at the point of purchase.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.  Returned or exchanged items must be unused, and in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. When the items are received and it has been confirmed that they are damage-free, exit343design will issue a store credit or refund for the item amount only or send you a new product for exchanges. If a refund is offered, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Again, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For damaged or incorrectly sent goods, please provide a photo of the items and an exchange be will initiated. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@exit343.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
